SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday (except during the Holidays).
All orders are subject to a 48 hour processing time - if you need items overnighted please call us!
We aim to ship all in stock standard orders ASAP. Orders received after 12 pm PST will be processed for shipping beginning the following business day.
If you need something for a particular upcoming event or deadline, please comment in the "Special instructions for the seller" box at checkout and we'll do what we can. The more information for our team, the better!
All bags and jewelry are handmade items in very limited quantities, you may be contacted by a member of our customer service team about a replacement item if the original item is unavailable - our team will work to find a replacement you are thrilled about or we will issue a full refund for the original item.
